It’s the end of an era. This is the final episode of the first run of The Arts Fuse Podcast. Matt Hanson has moved to New Orleans, and Lucas Spiro is taking an extended hiatus and then moving back to Dublin, Ireland.

The fellas talk about Matt’s review of Martin Scorsese’s new Netflix documentary Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story by Martin Scorsese among many other topics. It’s a very chill episode, with two friends having fun talking about movies and music and more.

Thanks to all of you who have listened and supported the show during its first run. Matt and Lucas are eternally grateful. Editor’s Note: So am I. The podcast was the product of the energy, smarts, and tenacity of Lucas. Thankfully, he will continue to contribute reviews and commentaries to the Arts Fuse, as will Matt.

Have no fear! The Arts Fuse podcast will be returning soon in a new format, this time led by Fuse contributor Deanna Costa, so keep an eye out — and keep listening to — and reading — the best arts coverage in the Boston area.

Lucas Spiro is a writer living outside Boston. He studied Irish literature at Trinity College Dublin and his fiction has appeared in the Watermark. Generally, he despairs. Occasionally, he is joyous.

Excellent review and discussion of Scorsese’s Dylan film and of numerous other topics. Good luck Matt in the Crescent City and Luke in the Emerald Isle. I feel smarter having enjoyed your 18 episodes.
